VERACITY KEEPS FREEZING

Last week I placed a trade right before NY open as it was Open Veracity froze every traders that within seconds you can make or lose however as I tried closing my trades my mt4 pc and phone froze not allowing me to close my trades a few later it unfroze and I got margin called when I spoke to the explain the situation even showed a screenshot from my signal provider that they also said to close the whilst I was in profit. Surely this is a breach or impeachment of the FSC regulation. and this is not the first time this happens. Legally im looking at options to take this matter further as I received backing from various other traders who experience the same problem only with VERACITY as a broker based in South Africa the service being provider is absolutely poor.
