******** I made deposit using skrill, I submitted proof of skrill with the transaction appearing on the skrill, now they called me and claimed nothing they can do to help me ,they don’t wanna refund the exact amount of i funds i deposited,Luckily I was just testing the waters with small funds,******

Thank you for taking our call. As discussed, all documentation must be in your name. The account you deposit from, and the account you want to withdraw to. All documents must be verified. If you have deposited using Skrill, you must withdraw using Skrill.
