- Some of the outlet managers are extremely rude. I've seen one of them slap someone against the head and call them stupid. - You're just a number to them. - There is no leniency against any personal troubles like sickness, - I know of multiple people who have been dismissed without due cause. - During my final exams and my father's passing, I could not work for three months, something they said was ok, and was then dismissed because of it - I tried to explain to them, be the bigger person, apologize for my personal situation and tell them how great they were, but no leniency was given. The rudeness was unmatched.

Be a bit more humane. Try to do more than the bare minimum; even though the laws don't protect casual employees, you can do more.
