Venue Nouveau - Please think twice.

-Wonderful food -Beautiful venue -Beautiful flowers -Friendly staff

That's about the only positive things I can say about Nouveau.

-VERY poor communication.

-If you want to pay a venue just to do everything yourself please get married here.

-Very UNPROFESSIONAL.

-Paid R2450 for a licensed in house DJ - got an amature who made a mess of our music. She refused to play our music.

-Forget about getting your R2500 breakage deposit back. Apparently we broke R246 worth of glasses.... 41 people... I guess half of us broke our glasses and were not awear of it? Funny... Seeming not one glass broke and most of it was plastic.

-Forget about a wedding coordinator working with the master of ceremonies. All staff seem to dissappear after the ceremony.

-Absolutely no attention is given during meetings.

-Over priced with everything.

-Warm bottled water in rooms and almost no bottled water in groom's room.

-Dirty dishes are left in sink.

-No fresh towels.

-The bathtub is dirty.

Truely disappointed in the whole experience and Venue Nouveau.
