No feedback after a month

Good day,

It has been a month since I have paid for my business registration.

I have only heard back about a week ago and still nothing, can you please provide me with information on how long it will still take.

I was contacted a week after I have registered and i was told that it take about 7 to 10 working days, now there is nothing, no email no call nothing.

Can you please give me a call or indication on how far the process is? I am just waiting for feedback from you to continue with everything.
