Business registration

I have app**** to register my business, I have paid them an amount to register my business name.

Now they do not answer my emails, there phone number is not working. It has been more than two weeks and still nothing.

Now I need to search for a alternative company to assist me because this one does not look like they want business.

They told me the business name will be register within 7 working days, it is more than 2 weeks now
