Brilliant Service & Communication
I recently had the experience of dealing with Venture Link Business Brokers. It took us 3 months to sell our Supermarket on the Eastrand. The service I recieved was remarkable. Where the broker who assisted me (Al) comunicated with me daily and some days I'd hear from him 3 or 4 times. The response from his advertising was exceptional with him introducing me to buyers on a weekly basis. What I really loved most was that he guided us through the process and even arranged an attorney and tax consultant for us when we needed them. The post sale was quick and he even attended our stock take and hand over. I highly recommend the firm, from start to finish they made my buyers and myself feel safe and well looked after. Just a note: I've come to realise that they are extremely fussy about getting the correct paperwork upfront and only work exclusively with buyers and sellers, so if that's not your preference they don't assist. But when they do, it's nothing short of excellent. I can retire now, going to Cape Town with my wife, thanks to Venture Link! Thank you Al
