VENTURE INN HOTEL PORTSHEPSTONE

<p>I have been working and living all over South Africa..and I have never had any trouble with any of the Hotels or BnB's I have stayed with untill I went to go visit the Venture Inn Hotel good pricing but terrible service from the managers,me as a client has never been disrespected in the manner in how I was disrespected by a young man probably 17 years old at the Venture Hotel..my main issue is that you have a set time to report back to this hotel or you get locked out(I am not a child)..you can not leave when you want because the main gates close at 11pm at night and if you want to leave after that you must pay a R100 fine..all the places I stayed at,you had your own remote or a security gaurd that opens the gate at any time you want to leave..then we talk about the bedding..I had a droplet of blood on the duevette..this is not on...I rate this place a 0..the fire protection units are not even been maintained the last service of any of these units were 04/2016..do these people actually care about their clients?It does not seem that way..</p>
