Unprofessional Service

All i wanted was 2 large chef jackets. I wanted it specifically for a event the 13th of july. After the sales person told me we can collect that Friday after 12. When we went to fetch it we got told , sorry we will only have on the 3 of August. So i send a email yesterday asking if my order is still fine and no response. Today i phoned and got told one bull**** story of they found 2 jackets for me, send me a bogus email and because i didnt respond they sent it back. Very unprofessional service. But guess its the south african trend.
