Warning: Ventura Construction / Teven Thomas – Unpaid Work & Unprofessional Conduct

I’m writing to warn others about our experience with Ventura Construction and the individual we dealt with, Teven Thomas. They approached our company in November 2025 for AutoCAD designs and engineering calculations, which were requested on behalf of PR Tech Engineer. We completed the work in full and provided everything that was asked for. A partial payment was made. However, a small outstanding amount has now remained unpaid for over three months. We have followed up consistently via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls, but our attempts have been barely acknowledged. Replies were few, often with excuses or empty promises. Now, our calls are being dropped on us and we have been told, “Come on, it’s such a small amount,” as if we are the ones being unreasonable. This is a company that requested the work, received it, and is now making us feel like the problem—while conveniently leaving out that this invoice is months overdue. To make matters worse, we have been unable to locate Ventura Construction anywhere online. We are not convinced they are a registered business. Please be extremely cautious when dealing with Ventura Construction or Teven Thomas. We are sharing this simply to make others aware before they find themselves in a similar position.
