Bad customer service at Ventersburg Spar!!
I visited the Ventersburg SPAR today , Monday 2021-11-16 and had the most rude and unfriendly service today, from the teller at the kiosk paypoint.
I requested the teller whose name I don't know to help me with a money transfer transaction. While I was done writing down the information she requested she called another client not even done helping me. When I politely ask her why she started screaming at me and got hysterical.
She called I guess her supervisor who did not even greet me and tried to listen to what I had to say, she just listened to the teller and ignored me. What kind of service is that.... I really feel disgusted by their bad service and they don't deserve to work there!!
