Venters incorporate

My husband has been dealing with Garth at venters inc since March 2021. We signed with them because they promised us a 3 year turnaround on our raf claim. We have gotten nothing from them except a run around. They are difficult to get hold of as their very untrained receptionist with no phone skills always says his out, on lunch or just plain unavailable. When they do finally reply to emails after numerous attempts their replies are dismissive and condescending. They have given us the same answer for over a year and a half. We requested Mr J Venter to please call us regarding our concerns and have been waiting weeks and still no contact. We will be reporting them to the LPC. Definitely do not recommend them.
