Bad service

I recommend my son to this company and after 7 years we finally got to an agreement with RAF. We signed paperwork in October of 2024 saying we agreed to the amount. I called in January to follow up and the lawyers PA said they will call back. We called back and she was on lunch. Always a story, I called again in 4 March and she told me it will be paid out in May/June. I called again in May and was told it will be paid in June, I told her I will call RAF to hear what's the story, they advised us the money was paid out on the 28th of March 2025. The lawyer never informed us of any news. I had to call and they don't say anything. So my question is what are they doing with the money in their account without letting the client know. You seriously can't tell me know one gets a notification to say money was paid out with a ref. When I called back the PA said she didn't know the money was paid out and my son will get it in June. Why June???? When it was paid out in March already! We were called in after I had called to say we need to sign papers to get the money we signed it on Monday and we were told he will get the money Tuesday for the latest, today is Wednesday and still no money has been paid. Even Garth told us if the money hasn't been paid out by Wednesday to call him personally cos then the ladies aren't doing their jobs properly. Don't even get me started on the receptionist that has no telephonic etiquette. No please hold nothing. She puts the phone down in your face. I feel like reporting then the board. What kind of service are they providing for my son???
