Being charged more money than everybody else

I'm a single mother of two and I just bought a house here in Pretoria okay I thought I was gonna enjoy my but the outcome no it's says you don't belong here okay I'm only 4 months staying here but the bill that they want me to pay is like I've been here for a long time. Okay I have problem with body corporate office they said now I'm owing R4800and something for water which means I must pay for the whole complex so what makes angry is that they made a lot of mistakes I need this to be attended because they think that they will get away with it telling me is my responsibility to know that they are body corporate I don't if I have to die try let it be but I'm not gonna pay the bill I don't really know. Now as we speak I'm owing them R15000 something you even if I'm stupid and desparate for help this need an audit serious cos they make a lot of mistakes I pay my levies but to see that people they put you down I won't allow that so guys I really need help fast
