<p>I called Herman Venter to unblock a drain, which he claims to have done. I paid the invoice, and two weeks later noticed the water bubbling up again. I called him to report that the drain was not unblocked, and he sent another company to finish the job (so it is not a follow-up). To our knowledge, it's a partner that he sent. To my surprise, I get invoiced by MGB Plumbers for almost double the original amount. I did not contact MGB Plumbers, I contacted Herman Venter to finish the job he was supposed to have done. This is obviously a ****. Avoid this guy as much as possible: 1. He did not unblock the drain (like he was paid to do), 2. He sent another compay to finish the job, so I had to pay more, and 3. When confronted, he only shouted at me. Not good.</p>
