Upset

This is my second post on this platform, my first post was deleted because I was threaten with litigation. I had followed protocol before my first post by engaging with the senior of this company I asked him to assist me, but it has been a month, with no reply, I have provided him with all the proof of emails that shows the Deceased Estate that was handled by them was submitted to the Master without my knowledge also proof of emails that the estate is still not wound up but they have taken the full fees. As a client I have the right to reject any document submitted without my knowledge. I also have the right also as a consumer to post my experience and make the public aware.
