Very unhappy from Makoti Complex Wilgeheuwel

Every time there is an issue to resolve there is an extra unneeded delay that costs the resident time either off work or sitting waiting for technical staff to arrive to resolve. Queries from residents seem to be ignored hoping that they will just go away. Are they doing us a favor or are we paying for their service?
