Really ****ed

This company is the worst ever in this country...we stay at Terrace Villa's in Florida, and we have had the water pipes burst every week. The plumbers they send are arrogant and think they know what they're doing.....but clearly they don't....if they did we would not be having this problem every week....venkam should really check who they hire because not only we are being ****** but so are they by hiring people who just want to cut corners using **** material and we are held responsible for the payment....this is just unfair.....how would they feel not having water to bath in or even drink this is the new south africa isn't it great...... *******ion at its best Really ****ed off
