Disgusting unruly matter of a basic need

I recently moved to a new complex called mikkadash. In the past 3weeks I've been there I've had zero network. I am working from home and please understand my frustration as I am working from home and faced with productivity warnings and possible job loss- all because the developer does not want to install Fibre, or at least allow the body corporation to handle this. We are even willing to pay extra for this to be done! Honestly I don't understand what the fuss is because we were promised a Fibre ready unit. I have been using a router ever since lock down and it's been working perfectly fine till I got to this place. I've tried rain, mtn, vodacom and telkom and none of pick up anything!!! Now Venkam developers is it worth losing my job all because you are waiting for registrations to be done? Especially during this pandemic. Please I plead with you to get this done and urgently

Dear Promise,as telepathically discussed with you, we explained that Venkam is not the Developer of the complex.We can however confirm as per the communication sent to all owners last week,the fiber installation will commence in October.If you have any further questions please contact our office.

OK I have contacted your office and spoke to Leticia and she has since been quite.
The developer has agreed and provided their terms for the installation to commence ASAP, but now as the agents and body corporation - this was not resolved still... And it is minor details. I've even offered my assistance.
Can we please work together on this and get this done. This is very important.

As explained to yourself by Letisha in our office on numerous occasions, fiber is being installed in the complex, this is however not a quick process as the complex consists of 166 units. Your patience is appreciated. Please contact our office if you have further questions. Office: ***.
