I recently got in touch with Ms. Jorina who represents your firm and had posted a few rental adverti*****ts on private property. I get in touch with her to view a property in Allens Nek which she confirms me is pet friendly and we would need to fill in application to obtain approval for the pet. At this point, she was sent all details around the pet and we requested for a viewing to be scheduled. She schedules a viewing and sends out a meeting invite for a specific time and date. 10 minutes prior to the viewing, the representative cancels the appointment over a watsapp message and stops responding. I am informed of the cancellation when I am already at the property. After multiple follow ups and 2-3 wasted days, she finally manages to find time and completes a viewing. We request her to proceed with the pet approval and provide her all the documentation she requested for. The lady stalls for two weeks and then when we follow up, she says that the application got rejected. Upon further investigation it is found that the body corporate has a very detailed written notice about the breeds that are permitted unit wise inside the complex and it could never have been approved for us. Being a property manager, one should already have known this given that all details were provided to her even prior to setting up a viewing appointment. The agent has the audacity to suggest me on a telephonic conversation that I should look at another property or I should consider getting rid of the pet. What kind of a statement is this and how do you have such people representing your firm who do not even know how to carry out a polite, unprovocative and professional conversation? And this is the situation when I am a prospecting business. I cannot imagine what the condition would have been had we been availing your services.

There are long write ups put up in your mission, vision strategies around professionalism, dedication and striving towards excellence. If at all your representative put 10% of it into practice, It would have been a pleasurable experience even with a rejection.

Luckily I learnt my lesson the hard way. I will not avail your services till kingdom come.
