The first impression of the key as made in April By May the impression had been lost A second impression was now made again On following up I was informed that the key type had not arrived not withstanding the fact that it was pledged to be ready within ten days A further enquiry resulted in Kyle informing me that the matter had completely slipped his mind Promised that the key would be ready in a week Subsequently three follow up WhatsApp messages have been read and ignored
