Vengatel - Empty promisses
The only good thing about VENGATEL is their sales pitch - Once contract is signed, no follow through on promises made.
Vengatel were supposed to cancel and settle existing contracts with our current provider as part of their contractual obligations to our company. After 8 months we are still paying services to Vengatel and the previous provider.
This have been escalated to the owner of Vengatel, who promised to get it settled ASAP - Unfortunately it seems it is a culture in Vengatel to make empty promises.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused with regards to the cancellation of previous service provider.
As part of our process, we facilitate the cancellation process with previous service provider, but we cannot submit the cancellation documents on your behalf as this would be in contravention of the POPIAct.
We advise our clients on the process and compile the documents to submit.
I will follow-up on this as soon as I have your company details. I do however believe that this is resolved as I don't carry record of outstanding cancellations.
