I am writing this review with profound disappointment and frustration regarding the abysmal delivery service I have experienced with your company. After eagerly making a purchase more than 13 days ago, I am still without the product I paid for, and the lack of any communication during this extended waiting period has only compounded my dissatisfaction.

To say that this experience has been frustrating would be an understatement. I chose your company with the expectation of a timely and efficient delivery process, and unfortunately, my expectations have not been met. The absence of any updates or communication regarding the status of my order has left me feeling completely in the dark and questioning the reliability of your service.
