Poor Tenant Experience - Venditor Realty

My moving our experience was good. The inspection took place and only 1 minor maintenance issue was noted by the agent. When it time to refund my deposit, I received a quote noting about 2/3 issues that I was not aware of and neither was the agent. They charged me for maintenance that they should be responsible for when a new person moves in. When I queried this with the office I was unfortunately left on read. Numerous emails went unanswered. Calls were hung up. Wouldn’t recommend Venditor Realty at all. Apartments are great but look for a different real estate company. I’m short, you’re are basically unlikely to get your full refund back.
