I logged a query with this company after endless struggles with registering on their website. This issue is still not resolved. This is pathetic. I expected better.

We have reviewed your online profile on the online platform, and as per our records, you did not complete the registration process. You did not upload any FICA documents or complete any personal information. You merely registered an email address.
