Rip-Off Machines
I bought a couple of machines from Vending Solutions and would like to warn people from buying machines from them. Their machines are a total rip-off, have a body of the requested model but all parts are used parts.
Service is very poor, the machines last only a couple of months as they start giving problems. You try to call them to fix their own machines but they want to charge you a call out fee.
Good Day - Please be advised that all our machines carry warranties. Our terms conditions are well publicised. We have the longest warranties in the business. Several machines were moved for client at no charge. The error on the faulty machine was rectified. Lone machines were also was provided client so to limit inconvenience. Client ducked and dived for several months refusing to return loan machine. All correspondence is available for review. Including (video) client business partner pitching up at our business premises intoxicated. The client also missed several meetings that were scheduled. We have been in business for 21 years and value our reputation we are able to assist our clients provided they remain open and honest with us. Regards the Vending Solutions Team
