Note reader not working for past 3 weeks

the worse choice i could make was to purchase a refurbished machine from Vending Solutions. the machine has been faulty right from the start. every time you have to pay a call out fee for their mistake they are not fixing. have been trying to get the note reader replaced for the past 3 weeks, no luck
