Deposit was never refunded to me.

<p>i moved in at Kimberly Heights(A block of Flat under Vending Magic PTY) in Goodwood Cape Town on the 01.12.2013 and paid a total of R5900 for the 2 months deposit i then gave a monts notice and moved out on the 31.12.2013.The caretaker Mark checked my flat on the day of the move out and advised that the money will soon be refunded back to me,thre were no damages or anything that i had to pay for when he checked the property and there were no time scales given for the refund to be sent to me.The guy that delt with the contracts and the details of tenants is Stuart.after 2 weeks i tried contacting Stuart who never bothered to reply on either of my calls and messages sent to him i then contacted the company and arranged callbacks with the people that answered the phone but no one got back to be,no contact was made at all not even a letter.i couldnt go staright to the company cause i had moved to JHB because of school.now that i have returned to Cape Town.I went to the actual flat and spoke to Mark he still has the actual contact and everything with him he actually showed me,he then advised that Stuart has left the company and so are the accounts that were working at time time and by time to claim the money has lapsed therefore i cant get the money.I feel this is wrong cause no one has bopthered to get back to me i have tried multple times to make contact with these people and no one cared enough to treply and now that i am here in person they tell me this.</p>
