Henry Brown feedback awaited

I have a written agreement dated 30 June 2022 with Henry Brown to provide feedback on the outstanding loan agreement money owed to me. In terms of the agreement, Henry Brown was to provide progress updates every two weeks. I have not had feedback from Henry Brown. I tried calling but he does not answer my calls. Henry Brown sent a text message on Monday, 05 September saying he will call later. No call received to date. Henry Brown sent a WhatsApp message on the 07 September, saying he will give me a call after 14h00 on that day. He did not call as yet. On 09 September Henry Brown sent an email saying the director that he is dealing with went to Israel last week for holiday and is not available on his emails, he is returning on Tuesday, 13 September and will be able to provide me with an update on Wednesday, 14 September. No update has been received as yet (today, Friday, 16 September).
