Good rings with great service

Two weeks ago I ordered a ring online. Within a day of ordering the ring I got a call from Jason to just introduce his self and his service (which was assuring). I than sent him my ring size (which was wrong - my bad) and he invoiced, with in 24HRS i got my ring delivered....sadly the ring was to big, called Jason and told him about the ring and we decided that we will meet in person when I drive to DBN over the past weekend, instead of complaining and telling me that's not how he operates, he was willing to wait for me till the afternoon....with a great smile and welcoming attitude, Jason helped with giving me the ring that fits (as we tried a couple to ensure it fits), knowing I have never gotten a ring before his advise was great! So with that I say thank you Jason for all your service, through out the build-up to my wedding we have head suppliers just giving us attitude, BUT you were one of the few that made the ring process a smooth one!! Thank you my guy!
