Product not delivered!!

<p>My daughter took part in a competition of Velvet & Fur in Feb.She won a short and they told her to pay in a R100 for a courier.After paying then R100 we were told that the shorts will arrive within a week via courier.after 1 month with no short insite she mailed them,only to find out that they will be closed till the 3rd of May,but that they will send it.1 week ago they told us there is no courier service availible,so I gave them some names of couriers or they cant post it.It's the 19th of May and still haven't got it.This is very bad service!!So now i wonder what happend to my money for the courier??</p>
