Online purchase not received after almost 3 months

On the 3 December 2015 I ordered a bikini for my daughter on the Velvet & Fur online website. The website stated that it should be delivered in approx. 28 working days. I have emailed them and received a response to say they have not received the stock from supplier. I was told that it should be received Mon or Tuesday this week. I emailed today to follow up and ask if it had not been received to process a refund. I am thinking that the R608 I paid for item as well as delivery charge has been deducted and I have yet to receive anything? NOT IMPRESSED!
