LATE / NO DELIVERY AND NO RESPONSE

I placed an order 26 October. Their delivery date specify 20-21 working days. We still have not received our delivery....32 days later. After 21 days we queried it and we got a response that it will be coming the following week. I again queried it on Monday asking a refund or delivery as we are going on holiday and it is a bikini that I ordered for my daughter and she would love to have it before we go. As till now I have not received an answer or anything from them. We ordered another costume for my other daughter from Bikini Love and it was here within 2 days of ordering. I will never order from Velvetnfur again. There are much better options!!!!!
