I bought the Velura product from Velura SA on 2February 2026. I received nothing up to now. They took my money and don’t send any notification or confirmation when it will be delivered! I realise it is a big ****!! Please do not do business with these people. It seems like my money was paid into an overseas account.

Velura FaceGlide product SA is a ****!!!
Spent a R1000 Velura face-glide bought 2 so I must be able to return at least 1 unused product that does not work like advertised - no respond on countless emails no number to call - please don't buy from this company can someone please help me report this company they advertise all over facebook, Instagram and are *****ing peoples hard eared money! 😡

Purchased the Velura Hair Removal on 3/12/2026. Still waiting for delivery to date. They have taken the money but no product. What sort of business is this? A bunch of *******. An extremely angry customer!

Hair removal products
This company is operating by misguiding and misleading its customers. I bought an item from them. When it arrived the box had bee broken and it was faulty. It is also a dangerous product to use. I tried to reach them via phone and email and received no response. The continue to advertise on instagram and the products are terrible!
