Poor service/workmanship

Poor service/workmanship. Replaced window mechanism, waited 3 - 4 days as recommended by technician to use the window, window still not working properly, returned vehicle to workshop, after inspection was told to pay ***.xx amount to have it repaired because the window was used before the recommended time.
