Money hungry *******

😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 Worst experience ever. Fyee says she can not help me. She took my number Let's see if this will be resolved. Elias don't even listen to what I want to say. I'm upset so obviously I am agitated. Listen to me and understand my frustrations. But I think the only training the staff have is to take money!!! For a 2nd time in a row they take handling fee from me. No managers on the floor. I have to argue with sales staff over a R69 because there is no manager. I send my driver to purchase a screen. Somewhere in the communication they bought a opel Corsa screen instead of a opel Astra screen. We take it back immediateley, they give us the Astra screen and then charge us handling fee. After still keeping the money for the screen, as we never requested a refund, simply a exchange, within minutes maybe even less than 10 minutes because we are literally meters away from them, after receiving the wrong screen. Yet they take extra money. Why would a company be so money hungry and loose our business. *****ing a R69? That is not money. It is about principle. Handling fee is when you do a refund. Not a exchange. Joh. I will go to usg and refer all my clients there. Horrible service. 😡😡😡😡😡
