Lack of payment

I decided to hold an auction for the machinery and tools of my late husband's engineering workshop in Atlantis Industria. The auction was held on 21 November 2017 and to date I have only received just over half of the payment due to me. I have been given the excuse that it is the fault of the bank (FNB) and that they would pay me as per the schedule they gave me with the final payment being on 17 March 2018. They have not kept to their word and have missed 3 payments of R50,000 each and I received only R20,000 since their last payment on 22 January. To treat me in this manner is extremely disappointing and since they knew it was a deceased estate, feel that they have exploited me at the most vulnerable time of my life. The agreement I signed was that full payment would be received within 30 days of the auction. When I do manage to get through to them telephonically, I am given platitudes and am brushed off. This is not acceptable and I will ensure as many people as possible are made aware of their manner of conducting business.
