Dishonest Business "Velox Auctioneers"

<p>Please all sellers be aware of Velox Auctioneers. Our shop closed down and Velox collected all our restaurant equipment on 26 August 2018 to auction. The agreement is that Velox gets a 15% commission of the sale and our business gets the balance. Today is the 8th October and we haven't received a single cent that was due to us as all of our equipment was sold on auction already and they have received payment in full for the goods. I have called or messaged daily only to receive lies and empty promises about payment. I also personally went twice to Velox Auctioneers the first time I was there last week the 1 October informed me that the accounts department forgot my payment again.... After a big fuss on my behalf he gave me a notice of a schedule payment for the amount owing to us that he assured me that it would be paid in our account on Friday the 5th October. Nothing has been paid since, he didn't answer my messages or calls, today I went to Velox again and I was locked out they wouldn't let me in, his wife told me that he will come down to see me and refused to let me inside the premises. I waited for awhile then the owner come down I asked him where our payment was and he told me that its the accounts to blame. And he told me that I can go the legal route with them, then ran away from me.What a bunch of dishonest people do not do business with them you wont receive your money. They are very eager when they sell goods to people because they get money for other peoples goods off which they didn't pay anything for. This is ****************.. Please be aware and don't deal with this Company as they are not even registered on the auctioneer board. I don't know how people can con others and live with themselves.</p>
