Bad service

<p>Velox Auctioneers contacted me &nbsp;regarding theeir service about me 2 months ation and sell of these tgo for selling of equipment which I had and seemed very professional at first and agreed to their terms and conditions being that once they Auction and sell the goods payment would be forthcoming 14 working days after sale they would make payment directly into my account. On signup all details pertaining to Bank accounts were made yet after the 1st sale 3 weeks had passed no payment was made. I contacted them on numerous occasions to request an update and when payment would be made, They gave me the assurance that this will be done on the next pay run now the 4th week after the sale. They promised that they made an error an payment was not made, The following week Monday still no payment the owner JP contacts me assuring that payment will be made, and proof of payment be made and sent via email, 3 days passes still nothing I call them every day promising me that it has been loaded and will be paid. This&nbsp;was that on Wednesday I receive email with a future dated payment for next Friday, I call them again quering regarding it, they said made an error they will delete payment and reload it. After numerous calls again JP guaranteed that payment will be forthcoming as agreed. Their terms for payment stated clearly 14 working days from sale. They have another auction and 2 sales showing the list of items sold is made 3 weeks ago via email. Now 3 days have passed yet again no payment has been made, Contacted Velox again and yet again promised that they will follow up, I receive a call on Friday evening at around 8pm saying that unfortunately he has not made payment and Finance department did not load the payment and I should contact &nbsp;them again on Monday. &nbsp;Yet again 3 weeks have passed again for payment and NO PAYMENT has been forthcoming. The sale of items took plae for paymentce 3 weeks prior and now I have to fight once more for payment. They are a useless bunch of people which I hope other never use their servies again.&nbsp;</p>
