Veloraform acknowledge my order and would answer my emails and then suddenly, everything is quiet. I ordered an electric bicycle and not knowing that my order went through ordered another one and paid in dollars. Unfortunately, I use my credit card and since they have the info, they would deduct money whenever they need some. That is why, one should use their virtual card instead of the actual card or credit card. In this way they cannot go and deduct again.

Since I received no help from Veloraform, I have to take the legal route to try and recover some money, if not all. There should be a website where we can verify the supplier before doing any buying. Thank You
