Refund

On the 19th of August I did made an order of free sample tablets,and I was supposed to pay 70rands for shipping only,to my surprised they did took 1928.61 and further more add with the other item that cost 1518.93,all these money was deducted from my visa card,so after all these I did cancelled the order because it was not true reflection of what the advertised,so I send them emails asking for refund , their respond promised that they will call and discuss how to refund me, someone called me and said that I have cancelled but they will first made enquiries to their manager so I send them many emails requesting for my refund they just promised that someone will call me regarding that refund,one day a certain lady called me when I asked her about my refund she just dropped the call, their numbers are:***+***,***, +***,***,so what is written is not true,it's already a month now waiting for my refund.
