YeboYethu shares dividend is not being paid to everyone and held back by Velocity Trading FS

These guys manage the Yeboyethu shares. I have had my shares dividend paid into my account automatically. This is when I picked up that they are not doing the same for my kids who also have shares on their account. I find this ***** since this was paid more than 2 months ago into mine. When I enquired they asked me to send banking documents and ids all over again stalling to make payment. I am fed up as this is not on since all details on the account was correct. Can someone audit this as this is not the behaviour common place with other share management services. The money should be paid into the bank account that was on the system. These guys are useless in getting things done.
