Bid or Ask price affecting current position on the Protrader platform

TSH CFD(Tsogo Sun) 26/04/2016 Order placed LM 26.13 SL 25.50 TP 27.13 Qty 1600 On the 28/04/2016 when the market opened I got R1600 profit as per the info above, few hours later the profit was adjusted, when I queried why the profit was adjusted, Markus told me that the market price for the day was never at my TP it was just a system error! My position was re-instated I was not satisfied with the way the query was resolved I just left it because I was exhausted. In this query I spoke to Markus AGL CFD(Anglo American plc) 05/05/2016 Order placed LM 139 SL 136.50 T***0 Qty 135 Today at 09:05 the above order was cancelled at a price of 136.94, yet today’s low was 137.36 when I query this I was told that’s how the system works, I was further told that I should look at the Ask price chart and I will see the clarity(Markus). I checked and couldn’t see that. I called again to query, then I was referred to a different person to help me(Keith), Keith then told me to look at a Bid price chart and that is why the order was cancelled! Then the way Keith explained how their system works it refers me back to what happened on the 28/04/2016 however my profit was taken back and adjusted! As per my knowledge the Bid and Ask price doesn’t affect current position, only market/traded price can affect the position as the profit or losses are measured against the market/traded price. The reason why I am unhappy it’s because the above scenario it’s in Velocity trade, it is not fair at all. As I was curious about my query I kept on calling, everytime when I call they kept asking who's calling and why do you want to speak to Keith, when I said it's Bongani calling , then call will not go through and being told that Keith is busy!
