Service is a disgrace and disgusting

Shipped goods down to Cape Town from Dubai only to know that the value of the goods packed and transported from my residence to Dubai port on its way to Cpt port was 40% of the value landed in Cpt. Much to my knowledge clearance and customs etc on used goods was 3 times more the amount just to clear and delivery on my residence in Cpt. The senior manager puts the phone down in my face demanding the goods be delivered without any notice and I inturn called twice immediately without any response in picking up my calls nor returning any of them. Also to my knowledge there was a rebate or commission from certain people on the customs and clearance amount that they claim is in Dubai and Singapore shipping companies. I have no proof of that but based on information from the company and the forwarders I won't be surprised that it is themselves that they increase the value on your invoice only to pocket the cash once it is received. The minute they received there money they delivered the goods at 7pm whilst it is storming outside on the same day. To my disgust 37 packages of my 38 packages was delivered on a van packed with my goods to the sky on a open mini van. Most of my goods was damaged. All the paintings,mirrors, cupboards, tables etc etc broken and destroyed and the most expensive of them all the 55 inch tv broken and destroyed. Everything to be dumped. I have taken pictures of the damaged goods and emailed them and to my surprise not a single reply which I thought was going to happen. Let me bring it to everyone's attention Do Not work with this company. They are based in Cpt called Velocity shipping services There service is disgusting and a disgrace. I still await the delivery and invoice from there driver which was promised and I still await a reply on my missing packages.
