Worst ever

I bought a car. Money got transfered to them from the bank and when I went to pick up the car it was a wreck. I then cancelled the deal immediately. They send through the cancellation and today the bank withdrawn the installment. I phoned the bank an the bank says that velocity cars have not yet reversed the money back to their account so now I'm asking what is up with that. First they sell me a wreck and now they not returning the money to bank but I have to pay. The loan was done through Nedbank
