Worst Aftersales

The worst after sales service. I purchase my Kia Sportage at Velocity cars July 2018. On taking delivery the salesman pointed out that passanger front and rear windows switches were faulty and would be replaced. I've taken the car back on 4 different occasions and everytime had been assured that the issue would be resolved. How dumb of me to have believed this. Today 20 Sept 2019 I get told from Velocity that they have exceeded the budget on my car and will not replace the switches. Now it's been a year later and I'm sitting with a car that has 2 operational windows. They have given me the run around for a whole year and have been lying so long that I cannot claim from them anymore.
