Velocity Cars - not recommended

This is the most terrible disgusting service from a well-known car dealership.

I bought an Audi and paid for the warranty for the car. This was a major back and forth with this dealership.

Not long after driving the car, it broke down and they told me my warranty doesn't cover the damages after paying for it. I had to reach out to an ombudsman to approach Velocity cars and they advised me they taking my car to Audi.

I went the extra mile to find out where the car is and found out they took it to some back yard mechanic. The back yard mechanic decides to drive around with my car and hammering it on daily bases and I have videos to prove this.

When I eventually got my car back, it still had the same issues and my seats were damaged. I'm truly disgusted in how people have no value and miss treating others thinking thats it's okay just take my hard-earned money.

Velocity cars have still not yet gotten back to be with a resolution but they have my money for an Audi that's now standing and I'm still paying the warrenty.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase cars from them because they are outright ******* and don't care about after-sale service!!
