Velocity Cars CPT PATHETIC!!

Must say, I just had the worst experience from Velocity Cars in Cape Town. I live in Gauteng and purchased a vehicle on-line after I was promised that it is in good condition and accident free. Paid them in full for the vehicle and paid extra R3500.00 for them to deliver the vehicle in Gauteng at my doorstep. Now this is where things got sour. The vehicle was delivered at a dealer on the East Rand and not as promised by my door as per telephonic conversation with the General Manager called Zaki Parker. I went to fetch the vehicle and was still pretty much excited. Got to the vehicle which was still dirty after it was trasported but still accepted. In the vehicle there was no Service books or owners manual. When I phoned the salesperson, Niyaaz, he told me that he has them and will send it through. Got back at the office and started cleaning the vehicle. I noticed that the vehicle was painted on each and every panel. The left rear tyre has no thread left (after it was at roadworthy in CPT on the 22nd of October). The special tool to take off the wheels is missing. No compressor for the tyres which is factory fitted with all vehicles that comes out with Run Flats @ BMW. When I questioned all these issues, Zaki told me that the vehicle has no owners manual nor service books. The rest he just ignores. They are a bunch of *****. Niyaaz, Zaki and probably all staff. Fantastic Website with Multi Milion Rand vehicles on their showroom but that is it. Maybe if I bought something more expensive I would have received better service. Pathetic. This is not going to end well............
