Velocity Cars CC Niyaaz not settling vehicle but taking the asset and putting milage on it

Very bad ongoing experience!! Traded a Mercedes S ********** model for a 2010 model. They were suppose to settle the traded vehicle for R200 000 as agreed with Niyaaz Jainoodien, as senior sales person and director of Velocity Cars and ourselves, 3 representatives of our company. We exchanged vehicles, and continued to do paperwork over the next couple of days. The financing went through on the upgrade, but they NEVER SETTLED the old car they took possession off. Now I am still paying the 2006 model and they are advertising it as a 2007 model, and they are in possession of the vehicle!! They do not answer phone calls or respond to emails. Formal complaints have been lodged at the financing house, and the FAIS ombudsman. Anyone is Cape Town is urged not to support them!!!
