Terrible service

<p>I have never experienced such bad service in my life. I bought a car last year with Velocity Cars JHB branch. No papers were given, I was promised a spare key & a number plate. Which I didn't receive to this day. I don't owe them but now I'm expected to waste my time, effort and money to obtain these things. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone because they don't even have the decency to call if they received a complaint against them.</p>
